Carol Robertson’s Story
“In the early hours of August 25th, I was on my way to the emergency veterinary clinic with my geriatric Chocolate Brown Labrador named Toby who had just suffered a stroke.

I connected with your team to get their assistance to contact the clinic and have them on stand by for my arrival.
Your operator was so wonderful and understood my distress and contacted the clinic and shared my expectations with them. Prior to signing off your operator told me to take care and told Toby to be brave. Please thank him on behalf of Toby and I. I’m happy to report that Toby is doing better and is expected to make a full recovery.
