“I want to thank everyone for the excellent service I received from OnStar. My husband and I recently drove to the Grand Canyon on June 15, through June 24.
While we were in Williams, AZ at a hotel, my husband had a heart attack and was taken to the Flagstaff hospital over 30 miles away by ambulance. Since I was over a thousand miles from home and family and in a strange city, I had no idea how to get to the hospital. I used OnStar and they gave me clear and precise directions. The operator even asked if I needed medical assistance when I said I needed directions to the hospital.
I used OnStar for three days going the thirty miles to and from my hotel in Williams, AZ to the hospital in Flagstaff. The wonderful operators certainly made me feel safe and as if someone was there for me. I was not an OnStar fan before but now I would not be without it. Once again, thank you to everyone for the help and assistance!”
