Michael Schmit’s Story

“About a month ago we were ready to leave our home in Malibu and when we tried to start our 2006 Cadillac DTS we found the electrical system completely dead.

My wife called OnStar and within 1 to 2 hours we had a technician arrive from our dealer, Martin Cadillac in West L.A., who advised us that the battery had gone bad.

He immediately changed out the old battery with a new one and we were on our way! We were very impressed with this response that turned a potentially negative incident into a positive one. Thank you OnStar and Martin Cadillac!”
