Mike Fallert’s Story
“My stepmom was finishing up at CVS and she was just entering the bank after she locked her keys in our Chevy Cobalt (standard with OnStar) and when she was leaving the bank, she realized that she locked her keys in her car. So she did what I always trained her to do, call OnStar, so she did, she dialed 1-888-4 OnStar and the advisor asked my stepmom a few security questions, what kind of vehicle do you have- ’09 Chevy Cobalt, what color- Navy Blue and your code **** ok wait one moment and well have have your doors opened in a moment, and, ba boom ba boom, wow, there there unlocked, thank you so much, you are welcome “have a nice day, and Thank You, For Choosing OnStar.”
