“I just wanted to share my story of how I ended up in my new 2010 Chevy Cobalt and my first experience with OnStar. I had gotten a recall notice on my 2007 Cobalt and since my prefered dealer is thirty miles away and I knew I was in for a fairly long wait, (4 hours for the repair) I made sure I was getting everything done that was needed.
I had my coupons for an oil change and for a 27 point check-up also. When I told him everything I wanted, the head of the service dept. politely asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I, (as a joke more or less), said sure let’s just trade my car for that 2010 black Cobalt parked next to mine. He said, well, while we’re working on yours go talk to Jennifer in sales and we’ll see what we can do for you. I’m now driving a 2010 black Chevy Cobalt with the OnStar system, my first time ever with OnStar. In my welcome call, my little OnStar angel suggested I share my story with the online site so there you have it. A really bright spot in an often dark and difficult life.”
