“It was a very rainy day today and I let my gas tank run out while on the 680 freeway during commute hours. I made it to the shoulder of the road then called AAA roadside assistance. My account was closed and they sent me to customer service where I sat on hold while my car was shaking from the roaring traffic whizzing by. I happened to notice my OnStar button and thought what the heck? While still on hold for AAA help, OnStar arranged for thier own roadside assistance to help me. I hung up with AAA. 15 minutes later my hero arrived and I was on my way. Thank you”
