Subscriber Grateful for OnStar Personal Service
“YOU ARE FABULOUS. I am a person with a disability with my voice. One of the worst things someone can say to me is “Huh? What’d you say?” and you have NEVER DONE THAT. Thank you so very much for listening.
Today, I had errands to run in my Pontiac G6. And to my dismay, the battery had gone dead again. I was SO PLEASED WHEN I PUSHED THE BUTTON AND THERE YOU WERE! A person to help; and WOW the follow-up was amazing. The man came and jumped my car; of course I took it for a nice long ride; finished my 3 errands for the day; and came home to 4 messages to be sure follow through had been done; i.e. the car was jump started and I was all set.
Peace of mind means everything
You can’t imagine my surprise and how tickled I was to find a service that actually cared if the work got done and I was all set.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for today. There are no words to describe the assurance of OnStar. I don’t have to be afraid to drive around; I’ve got OnStar; and if I have a problem they will LISTEN and HELP and CARE that follow up that assistance was completed. What a fabulous product, what a fabulous service, what fabulous people who work there — and I hope every car in America gets OnStar.
Too often a “subscriber” is “scooped up” and billed; and then the company offering the subscription could care less if anything was done right, and there’s an endless hold to get things corrected. Not with OnStar. It’s right away. There are not enough words to tell you how much more safe I find my car today. PUSH ON! IT’S BETTER THAN ANY NEW CAR MODEL!”
