Anyone else having problems?

I went to the forum to see if anyone else was having any issues with their OnStar service. I have had two supervisors tell me that the “escalation/senior advisors” were backed up because of the “upgrade” that OnStar did. I think that is just an excuse for why they still haven’t fixed the problem that I have. It has been ongoing for almost two months. All I need is a new phone number (the one that OnStar gave me wasn’t a ‘valid’ number), and I can’t seem to get a new one. What this means is that I can’t use all of my features and I don’t even know for sure that OnStar could find me if I really needed them. How long does it really take to get a “valid” phone number? And when I call to check up on the status of my case, they basically tell me that when I call it delays my resolution and that they will call me when it is resolved. Really?? Just wanted to know if I was the only person having this issue.

Thank you for responding to me LisaJean. I look forward to seeing if you can finally resolve my issue, so far the blue button, email, Facebook, Twitter and your 800 number have failed to do so.
