On Star phone not receiving calls

I can make calls on my OnStar phone just phone but for the past week I have had people tell me that when they call they get a message that “the subscriber is not available”. OnStar claim that this is a Verizion problem and they are waiting for a fix. Their claim is that my phone is not “registering”. This is becoming very irritating problem and with no help from the OnStar tech support group I’m thinking it may be about time to cancel the hands free calling and go back to blue tooth. Is anyone else having this problem?

Have you visited your Mr. Goodwrench dealership?
I call my onstar car phone and it hangs up after a few rings. No error, no nothing. The onstar car phone doesn’t ever ring inside the car.

Hi David – It sounds like there might be an issue with your OnStar hardware. Have you tried taking it to your dealer to have it looked it? – Lisa
